The OTP is sent via your mobile service providers in transactional routes. If you have filled your mobile (10 digit only) number correctl,,then you will get the OTP in your mobile

instantly or within a reasonable time limit(say 5 minutes) .

 

In case the routes are busy it might  take 5 minutes  But you can wait to fill this OTP for a successful registration IN NEXT 5 mins after registering  and the OTP automatically expires after this 5 minutes period. You will have to register again if you are not getting the OTP

You land up in our RACE CARD  page which initially displays the race card navigations for today and upcoming races of tomorrow/day after races.This home page also has menu icons at the bottom and as well three more icons at the top right corner namely racing fixtures, subscribe/upgrade icon and your profile icon. The Home page also displays name of your current  plan and valid up to  date ON THE right side of our featured image in the app

You are right, but if you click the fifth icon(Menu icon) in the bottom  menu of the home page you will get the full app menu having nine more icons which are added in this

version, Some more icons and some  new features are under design for release in our future version.

The app installation is free from Google play store. Free users will have restrictions in accessing many pages. We have three kinds of users for monthly subscriptions they are categorized under:

1) Basic plan

2)  BASIC PLUS Plan

3) Premium plan

This runner/ horse name is highlighted with a different font color to grab your attention where it finished in that race. There is no need of clicking through different race numbers for results to know through earlier company strength. This is a vital tool that saves lots of time for a punter and allows you quickly decide the chances of this runner in today’s races. How do I become a paid subscriber to you mobile app IRTIPS?”

Please click Menu icon (the bottom right) in the app, Find subscribe icon over there. By pressing subscribe icon you can select a plan name, number of months you wish to subscribe, then the app shows immediately the amount to be paid. You Press next to proceed further.

Please keep your debit/ credit card /UPI id details ready like debit/credit card number, validity and CVV number ,validity period or any other information that are needed for internet banking in case you prefer internet transaction

Fill in necessary details they ask you for and make a payment. This will take likely one to two minutes after which you will be directed to a payment successful page with the detail our transaction in the app. You are most likely get OTPFROM YOUR BANKS WHICH ARE NOT IN OUR CONTROL,You will also receive an e- receipt to your mail id filled during payment process. Please take enough care to provide a working mail id.

We accept debit cards credit cards internet banking of almost all banks in India. There is no other mode of payment as of now. All your payments are inclusive of government taxes and service charges.

I am a subscriber for basic plan and I want to upgrade for other plans, and how do I do that?”

You can upgrade to basic plus or premium plan anytime during your subscription period. The balance amount of your current subscription for the remaining unused period with us  will be taken into account for the current upgrade plan automatically. Hence It gives you flexibility to upgrade anytime without losing any amount.

Remember you can upgrade TO ANY OF THE PLANS using your unused money in the current subscription but not downgrade  from the previous plan.

I see that your Basic Plus plan and Premium plan are almost similar. Please Explain”

Premium plan is basic plus with a single tip reaching you on select races during the race time and Basic plus does not come with live tips but with only live updates

But we are the live tips providers during race time for 2 to 3 races in a day and we keep our tipster ready for any flash message that could bring money.

Is Your premium Tips are costly?

No .We charge you total of Rs 2499 out of which 699 goes to your basic plus plan and Rs 1800 goes to premium Tipsters who are third party attached to the app .Under The  Basic plus plan of Rs 699 you get Smart Race Card, analysis ,Analysis download link, Company line ace card, Track workouts, Live Results, Full Results of past races from all centers with video embedded and Sectional Timings ,Likely odds, Quick tips, Speed Rating for all Venues, Jackpot ,Exacta,Trinilla, Forecast, Quinella Tips and Articles and News related to handicapping , general and veterinary matters ,

The premium user is in effect paying  average Rs 300 to 400 PER CENTRE PER MONTH, which is lowest because all other tipsters India charge you minimum of Rs 2000 per center per month per center which works out approximately Rs 12000/p.m. BUT WE  CHARGE YOU ONLY 1800.This plan is popular in India

What is a live update and what is live tips?”

These are two different services. Read clearly and don’t complain later.You know that Mumbai/Pune , Bangalore are not giving live stream but other centers are giving as of now.

If you want live updates from these centers you need to spend at least Rs 20000 per year and the videos are available after 2-3 mins, so to save your money and curiosity our reporters and live update professionals will bring it in text mode.

This satisfies your anxiety and is available for Basic, basic plus and premium users, We save you yearly 20000 for a minimum cost of 399/month or 699/per month if you opt for  basic plus plan

But LIVE TIPS is different. You need to pay 2500/PM in case you need 2 -3 tips in a day through your mobile app.Some times more and some time only one tip and some suggestions ., we cannot promise any strike rate but will be reasonably good compared to any

paid tipster in India. Comparatively you are paying almost peanut for an elephant sized plan .

You can access our app from other android devices but ONLY one device at a time. Your  OTP for this purpose  will be sent to your original registered mobile number.

I lost my mobile where I installed my IRTIPS App and now I am unable to get OTP”

Is there any refund policy?”

No, We are giving you 3 days free trial of our basic plus for every mobile number you install for the

Please contact our admin by sending the request , we discourage this process but , on a case to

case basis we may agree

One main reason is that you are leaving a space after your mail id ends, please remove the space by pressing back space delete symbol in your key pay pad and proceed
