The tickets are updated usually within 3-8 hrs. every day except on non race days. However it depends on severity of the problem , the more severe or urgent help from paid users will get top priority. Click on SUBMIT TICKET button and then fill all the fields and fill in all particulars and then Press SUBMIT TICKET
That is all you have to do, we will communicate by email all the resolved/or updated tickets and intimate you by SMS and resolve your problem at the earliest
