We need details like your name or username and your mobile number. Your mobile number is unique, and you will get one OTP (One Time Password) once you press register button after filling these details.

I have not received my OTP, what do I do now?”
This is rarest possibility if you have given your 10-digit mobile number correctly. Your mobile operator routes may be busy, or chances are your message inbox is full of messages. Try deleting some old messages in your inbox and you may get our OTP. Your OTP comes from country’s fastest server. In case you did not get, you can reach us via WhatsApp on 7094256727 only messages. We will respond to this number only OTP/ACTIVATION related issues. No calls will be attended, and we will block this WhatsApp support number for users misusing this support number for other queries or sending unsolicited messages
The OTP is sent via our mobile service providers in transactional routes. If you have filled your mobile (10 digit only) number correctly. Then you will get the OTP in your mobile instantly (99.99%) or within a reasonable time limit (say from 0 secs to 1 min, very rarely it may take few more minutes) .
In case the your mobile operator routes are busy it might take 5 minutes But you can wait to fill this OTP for a successful registration IN NEXT 5 mins after registering and the OTP automatically expires after this 5 minutes period. You will have to register again if you are not getting the OTP in 5 mins

You are right, but if you click the fifth icon(Menu icon) in the bottom menu of the home page you will get the full app menu having nine more icons which are added in this version, Some more icons and some new features are under design for release in our future version
Is this app is totally free?”
No, Certain pages need paid subscription and if you are not a paid subscriber then you will have restrictions in accessing many pages.
We have three kinds of users for monthly subscriptions they are categorized under:
1) Basic plan
2) Basic Plus Plan

What is the Company line race card?”
We believe that taste of puddings is in eating. The company line race card gives you for every runner by displaying the position it ran in previous eight runs and lists the other runners. This runner/ horse name is highlighted with a different font colour to grab your attention where it finished. There is no need of clicking through different race numbers for results to know through company strength. This is a vital tool that saves lots of time for a punter and allows you quickly decide of chances of this runner in today’s races
More details like Penetrometer Readings and False rails data, along with short incidents and text commentary for the particular run along with a video link is available in latest version
How do I become a paid subscriber?”
Please click Menu icon (the bottom right) in the app, Find subscribe icon over there. That takes you to our full menu page. By pressing subscribe icon you can select a plan name, number of months you wish to subscribe, then the app shows immediately the amount to be paid. You Press next to proceed further.
Please keep your debit/ credit card /UPI id details ready like debit/credit card number, validity and CVV number, validity period or any other information that are needed for internet banking in case you prefer internet transaction
On successful payment You will also receive an e- receipt cum to your mail id filled during payment process. Please take enough care to provide a working mail id for receiving this receipt

You can access our app from other android devices but ONLY one device at a time. Your OTP for this purpose will be sent to your original registered mobile number.
While changing to another device install the already subscribed app and give your registered mobile number which is already linked while paying and you will get OTP on that number. If you are paying or renewing, you can always give a new number

No, for administrative reasons both accounts of you are separate and cannot be CLUBBED together

Yes, we give not only live results but also live running position of first 3 horses for every 200m , a meaningful update such as bookmaker odds, Jockey change, withdrawals and objections if any and other important proceedings.
For most centres we give live running status also for curious punters.

Where is the video page?
Look, the video is embedded in a result page with a video icon. If the clubs’ videos are uploaded in YOUTUBE Then those videos are available in our results page and company line race card page.
There are some head -waited clubs like Bangalore turf club who do not want punters to view videos in YouTube then it is not available. Our design is allowing you to view the video with results, penetrometer reading and tote favourite. Our competitors do not provide this facility note
However, availability of videos is not part of your subscription, and the absence of videos cannot be attributed to deficiency of service
What if your services are interrupted or terminated for few days during my subscription period?”

No,as per Indian Law sport betting is allowed only by respective club terminals online and offline, we are not licenced to operate on betting

Yes, the discount is available from 10% to 15% if you select 3 to 6 months payment. And your payable amount includes this discount automatically without you asking for it and we will soon be revising our plans upwards in 6 months period

No.As of now all our services are automated and we have only email support and solution can be 1 to 3 business days is to get genuine support

If for any reasons if you want to view our app from other device (android) , please install from google play store and give your originally paid mobile number for this registration ,and an OTP will reach your original number and fill the same OTP n this device and enjoy, but we allow one device at a time note
